Snake Diet for Weight Loss with Snake Juice Recipes
With too many different recipes starting to pop up every day, how can you discern the positive from the poor and the healthy from the hazardous? Common sense is typically the best place to start, and will most certainly flush out the garbage together with bogus claim-based ones. But when it comes to diet, it’s not really straightforward to learn who to refer to, or how to differentiate reality from fiction.
The snake diet plan is a way of fasting which tells to eat the meals in a specific period. This diet schedule consists of an eating structure and then fasting for a particular time.
What is the Snake Diet?
This diet plan, i.e. the snake diet, is designed to follow the wild animals’ diets. It means you consume a huge meal at once, and then fast for the whole day or a few days. Much as the snakes do with their food, consuming a maximum protein meal in a day and then for the following 22 hours ingest none.
While you are fasting after eating your meal, you can’t consume any kind of food that contains any calories in that period. The snake drink is the only thing you should have during the fasting time. This drink includes water, salt, soda, and potassium chloride. This reloads electrolytes into the body.
Snake Diet Plan for Weight Loss
You need to fast the first 48 hours to get started with the snake diet plan. You can’t consume or drink anything in these 48 hours except the snake drink. You can eat a low-carb or high-fat diet after these 48 hours which can include non-starchy vegetables and meat. The purpose of this program is to get your body into the metabolic condition. This is also known as the metabolic state of ketosis, where our body uses the fat instead of glucose as it is a great source of energy.
What Can You Eat on the Snake Diet?
The procedure for a Snake Diet is plain. Stop eating, and only drink snake juice. Go for as long as possible. Keep it in a tight one to two hour period when you have to eat. It’s also recommended you don’t change the food forms you eat; consider consuming the same foods during your refeeding period. (We said it was not easy. It was simple).
